Challenge
Padel in Ukraine was growing faster than the infrastructure around it: bookings by phone, player levels by eye, tournaments in spreadsheets.
What I built
A full consumer product: real-time court booking, player ratings, open matches, tournament formats (americano, mexicano, king of the court), online payments. Plus a CRM panel where clubs run their schedule, payments and analytics. A PWA shipped all the way to the app stores.
What it does now
The platform runs daily: players book, ratings live, clubs manage courts from their panel. Not a brochure — software with auth, payments and live data.
