Challenge
Sports venues juggle notebooks, chats and spreadsheets. Multi-sport systems that cover everything in one account barely exist.
What I built
A B2B SaaS from scratch: 41+ sports in one account, a client CRM, schedule automation, open games and waitlists filling empty slots, wallets and memberships, a coach catalog, multi-location support. Plus a bilingual marketing site for the brand.
What it does now
A product with a transparent 1%-per-booking model — a venue pays only when the system actually works for it.
